When can I check in and out?

Check-in starts at 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Arrange any request for early arrival or late departure with reception in advance. Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Does sending a request confirm my booking?

No. Reception must confirm availability, the final price and the booking terms. Our request form does not show live availability and does not reserve or block a room.

Is breakfast included?

The Deluxe Suite’s existing amenity list mentions breakfast included. Reception will reconfirm your selected offer. Do not assume breakfast is included in every Deluxe or New Deluxe room rate.

Is pool access included?

The outdoor pool is seasonal. Some room listings mention pool access, but reception must confirm opening arrangements and what is included in your particular offer.

Is parking available?

The hotel offers complimentary private parking and Wi-Fi.

Can I bring a pet or smoke in the room?

The room rules state that smoking and pets are not permitted.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Reception confirms the final price, any deposit, payment arrangements and cancellation terms before the reservation is agreed. A submitted request does not create an automatic booking.

Where is the hotel?

The hotel is at 2B Dragoieni Street, Târgu Jiu. Goya Jungle Bistro has a separate address at 2E Dragoieni Street.
