Information and purposes

We process the details you provide when contacting us or requesting a stay: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, party size, room preferences and message. Technical information may include your IP address, browser, requested pages, access time, security logs and cookie choices, depending on the features used.

Stay requests are saved privately in WordPress and sent to reception by email. Access is limited to authorized staff. Do not send payment-card details, identity-document copies, medical information or unnecessary sensitive information through these forms.

Legal grounds and recipients

Enquiries, offers and reservations are handled as steps requested before entering a contract or to perform a contract. Legal duties may require further processing. Website operation, security and the defence of rights may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional functions and promotional communications rely on consent where required. An enquiry does not, by itself, give permission for marketing.

Authorized staff and service providers involved in hosting, email, maintenance and security may access information needed for their role. Advisers and authorities may receive information where a legal basis exists.

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing.
